Steve Blake posted 12 of his 20 points in the first half and LaMarcus Aldridge scored 13 of his 19 in the second quarter as the Blazers started and finished strong in Friday's 117-96 road win over the Kings.

Blake kicked in five assists and Aldridge had six rebounds. The two also combined for 12 of Portland's 37 points in a huge third quarter that helped the Blazers extend a six-point halftime lead to 25 after three quarters.

Brandon Roy finished with 16 points as six Blazers finished in double figures. The two teams will meet again Monday at the Rose Garden.

Brandon Roy fired off 12 of his 20 points in a huge first half for the Trail Blazers to ensure they never trailed in Wednesday’s 116-74 victory over the Bulls. The 42-point margin of victory was the third-largest ever tallied by the Trail Blazers in the Rose Garden

Greg Oden notched his second straight double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds and Steve Blake scored 10 to help Portland improve to 4-0 on its home floor.
