ATMs at the United Center
BMO Harris Bank ATMs are located on the 100 Level next to the Bull Market at section 117, in the Gate 4 box office lobby across from section 105/106, outside section 105/106, Lexus Club Level at section 221, and on the 300 Level across from section 319.
All candidates interested in becoming a Chicago Bulls Ballboy/Ballgirl must be between the ages of 16 and 20. Please note that this is a season-long commitment. To apply, complete this form and mail it to the Bulls, c/o Ballboys/Ballgirls, 550 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, IL 60015. Applications will not be accepted at the door. Finalists for full-time ballpersons and alternates will be notified by phone. No follow-up calls, please.
The United Center Box Office is open during the season Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. and through halftime on game days. The box office is located at Gate 4 on the building's east side. The box office cannot be contacted by phone. Tickets are only available in person.
This group of 20 boys and girls perform at six regular season games with up-beat dance routines.
For Bulls games, cameras are allowed into the United Center. Video cameras are also allowed, but cannot be used to record any game action. Tripods of any kind are not allowed. Small tablet devices (such as an iPad) are allowed into the building, but laptop computers are not allowed.

Chicago Stadium Club
The Chicago Stadium Club is a members-only club located on the 200 Lexus Club Level near section 224 with seating for 325 people. The club is open to guests holding tickets to the 200 Level only. The club may be closed during special events such as concerts and family shows.
Children under 36" in height are not required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult.
Concessions are provided by Levy Restaurants. Coolers, bottles, cans, thermoses and food are not permitted.

Take I-55 North to I-90/94 West to the Madison St. exit and make a left onto Madison St. Take Madison West. The building will be on your left. Our address is 1901 W Madison St.
- Coming from the East (downtown/loop):
Take Madison St. West from the city. Again, our address is 1901 W. Madison.
- Coming from the West:
Take I-290 East (Eisenhower Expressway) to the Damen St. exit. Take Damen Ave. northbound to Madison St. Make a right onto Madison. The building will be on your right.
- From O'Hare Airport:
Take I-90 East (Kennedy Expressway) toward Chicago. I-90 East will merge with I-94 East. Continue on I-90/94 East to Madison St. exit. Take a right onto Madison and proceed west. The building will be on your left.
- From Midway Airport:
Take Cicero Ave North to I-55 (Stevenson Expressway). Take I-55 North to I-90/94 West. Take I-90/94 West (Dan Ryan Expressway which turns into the Kennedy Expressway) to Madison St. Exit Madison and make a left onto Madison. The building will be on your left.

Ketel One Club (formerly the Locker Room Club)
The Ketel One Club is a private restaurant/bar for season ticket holders located between sections 118-119 in the 100 Level. Membership is required.

The Chicago Bulls play the song "Sirus" from Eye in The Sky by The Alan Parsons Project during starting introductions. The Bulls' most popular songs played at the United Center can be purchased on three CDs: The Chicago Bulls Greatest Hits, Vol. I, II and III.
Public parking is available on all four sides of the United Center. Parking prices range from $24 to $40 depending on the lot selected. (Buses can park in Lot B at the corner of Damen Ave. and Warren Blvd. Handicapped parking is located in Lot G on the west end of the United Center off of Damen Ave.) Parking can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival, or in advance by visiting www.ticketmaster.com.
Fans are permitted to take photographs from their seats. However, video, flash photography and moving about are prohibited.
Public Transportation (Metra and CTA)
Taking CTA to the United Center: #19 United Center Express buses begin/end their trips at Michigan/Randolph.
To United Center:
Buses no longer serve stops along Michigan at Chicago, Superior, Erie, Ohio, Illinois, Hubbard and South Water.
More frequent service operates from Michigan/Randolph approximately every 10 minutes, starting 90 minutes before events until start of event.
From United Center:
Buses no longer serve stops along Michigan at South Water, East Wacker, Hubbard, Grand, Ontario, Huron and Chicago.
Buses operate from the United Center every few minutes until one hour after events end.

Easy connections can be made from CTA train lines and three Metra terminals: Randolph St., NorthWestern, and Union Stations. Every 12 minutes starting for 2 hours before the game and buses wait for you after the game.

The United Center seating capacity for Bulls games is 20,917. Any attendance number announced above that includes standing room tickets.
The United Center became a smoke-free facility on Jan. 16, 2006. In accordance with the Chicago Clean Indoor Air Ordinance of 2005, all forms of smoking are prohibited throughout the entire building. An outdoor smoking area is available to guests during all events at the United Center. The designated area is located outside Gate 7 and can be accessed by obtaining a stamp upon exit for re-entry.

Chicago Bulls games are televised by WGN-TV, Comcast SportsNet Chicago and WCIU-TV. View a list of broadcast dates and times. Additionally, with NBA League Pass, you will be able to see up to 40 out-of-market regular season games a week. Games included in NBA LEAGUE PASS are in addition to those available on ABC, TNT, NBA TV, ESPN, ESPN2 and your local networks (such as a regional sports network and/or over-the-air station).

Ticket Windows at the United Center
Tickets left at Will Call are available for pick-up at the Box Office located in the atrium. The newly renovated Box Office will also accommodate for customer service, advance sales as well as ADA sales.
Box Office windows located at Gates 3 and 7 will only be made available for ticket sales.
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., and on the evening of events. After Labor Day the Box Office is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. through 6 p.m., and through halftime on game days.
Will Call is located at the Box Office in the atrium on the east end of the United Center. It can be accessed through the Wood St. entrance off of Lot H. Will Call windows open 90 minutes prior to game time. Tickets left at will call cannot be confirmed in advance by phone or online. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
