Accessibility
Quicken Loans Arena is a user-friendly building that is handicapped accessible and provides a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests. Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Alcoholic beverages (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs are not permitted to be brought into Quicken Loans Arena for Cavaliers games or arena events. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased once inside the arena. All sales will require the buyer to provide proper identification. For Cavaliers games, all alcohol sales throughout the arena will end at the beginning of the 4th quarter. Individual sales can also be terminated at any time at the discretion of the Guest Services management.
All-Star Balloting
All-Star game ballots will be distributed at Cleveland Cavaliers home games during the voting period. Fans can also vote during this time online by visiting
NBA.com.
Animals
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at Quicken Loans Arena. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. All other animals are not allowed in Quicken Loans Arena unless specified by management.

Assisted Listening Devices
Guests who are hearing impaired may request an amplification device from Guest Services located on the main concourse. A photo ID is required. All amplification devices are operable from any seat.
ATMs
For the convenience of our fans, there are three Huntington Bank ATM machines located on Quicken Loans Arena’s main concourse. The locations are in the Arcade entrance near the main box office, and outside of seating sections 106 and 128. To view their locations

Autographs
Fans can come to the lower rows of section 128 for Cavaliers player autographs, and the lower rows of section 124 for visiting team player autographs, from the time doors open until warm ups end. There is no guarantee that fans in these areas will get autographs. Also, if a ticketed guest arrives to their seats, guests seeking autographs may be asked to move.

Baby changing stations are available in all public restrooms at Quicken Loans Arena.
Backstage Passes
Quicken Loans Arena does not issue or sell backstage passes to its events. Backstage access is strictly limited and arranged by tour management.
Bags, Backpacks and Purses
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby or diaper bags, etc.) will be permitted inside Quicken Loans Arena and may be subject to search at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, backpacks and sealed packages (including gifts for performers) of any kind are not permitted. Purses and diaper bags will be inspected by security. Banners/Signs
The Cavaliers encourage fans to show their enthusiasm with banners and signs. There are various locations on the upper and main concourse where fans can make their own banners and signs. Signs or banners can appear in a photo on cavs.com.
Banners and signs are allowed in Quicken Loans Arena for all Cavaliers games and select arena events; but may not be hung anywhere inside the venue unless authorized by arena management. Guidelines:
Must be constructed of flame-retardant material
May not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions (if at a sporting event)
May not be placed on the court
May not be commercial in nature, obscene, or cause any disturbance to other fans
May not be displayed using poles to display
May not exceed three feet in height
May not obstruct the view of other guests
May not obstruct Quicken Loans Arena advertising signage
May not be temporarily or permanently affixed to the building structure
Quicken Loans Arena reserves the right to remove any banner(s) or sign(s) that are considered controversial or offensive, without exception. Unauthorized signs or banners must be returned to your vehicle.
Banquet Rooms
Host a luncheon, cocktail reception, meeting or other special event at Quicken Loans Arena. The Q’s banquet facilities offer several adaptable areas that are available for business or social occasions either in conjunction with a Quicken Loans Arena event, or for use exclusively for the occasion at hand. Binoculars
Binoculars and their cases are permitted for most events, however, Quicken Loans Arena advises guests to contact Event Information at (216) 420-2200 prior to the event for confirmation. If binoculars are permitted into the arena, they will be checked by security upon entering the gate.

No bottles, cans, or coolers are permitted inside Quicken Loans Arena.
Box Office
The Quicken Loans Arena Box Office is located in the Arcade entrance at the corner of Huron Road and East 6th Street. The Box Office is a full-service Ticketmaster Center and sells tickets for all Quicken Loans Arena events, as well as events throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Cameras/Video Recorder Policy
Cameras are permitted for Cavaliers games. The camera policy for other events is determined by each show. If allowed, cameras will be inspected at designated turnstiles. Call Event Information at (216) 420-2200 to find out the camera policy for select events in advance. Video recorders are not permitted inside Quicken Loans Arena for events and Cavaliers games.
Cavaliers Caravan
The Cavaliers Caravan provides fans of all ages an opportunity to participate in interactive games and activities. Look for the Cavaliers Caravan at family-fun oriented events throughout Cleveland’s surrounding communities. (The program supports the Cleveland Cavaliers by raising awareness in the community and enhancing the fan experience by providing a personal connection.) Cavaliers Youth Fund
To better reflect its mission, Cavaliers Charities has a new name— the Cavaliers Youth Fund, a fund of McCormick Tribune Foundation. With its focus on youth-based organizations and causes, the Cavaliers Youth Fund takes on a higher profile that identifies its primary beneficiaries. Child Ticketing Policy
A valid ticket for an event is required for admittance to Quicken Loans Arena. Children two years or older must have a ticket for admittance unless otherwise stated. Children under two do not need a ticket, but they must sit on a parent’s lap.

Color Guard
Your group can serve as Color Guard before a Cavaliers home game and present the colors during the national anthem. Quicken Loans Arena has two concourses; the main concourse, located at street level (Level 3), and the upper concourse (Level 5). You may use this time to play a game, a series of games, a skills competition, or for a variety of uses. Directions to Quicken Loans Arena
From the East: Take Interstate 90/Rt. 2 West. Follow signs to downtown Cleveland. Remain on Rt. 2 as I-90 curves away to the left. Exit at E. 9th St.; turn left on E. 9th St.; south to area parking.
From the South: Take I-77 North. Exit at E. 9th St. Follow signs to either E. 9th St. north or Ontario St. north to arena parking.
From the West: Take I-90 East. Exit at Ontario St. and proceed north on Ontario St. Quicken Loans Arena is located at the corner of Huron Rd. and Ontario St.
From the Southwest: Take I-90 East or I-71North to the Inner Belt merge. Continue on Inner Belt (I-90) to either Ontario St. or E. 9th St.; exit right onto Ontario St. north of E. 9th St. north to area parking.

Donation Requests
Requests for Cavaliers autographed items for charity fundraising events must be submitted in writing at least six weeks in advance of the event on the charitable organization’s letterhead. The request must include date, time and beneficiary of funds raised. Requests from individuals cannot be accommodated. For additional information on guidelines, please click here.
Doors Open
Doors generally open 90 minutes prior to the start of an event at Quicken Loans Arena, including Cavaliers games. Quicken Loans Arena has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.
Dress Code
All patrons must be fully-clothed to enter any area of Quicken Loans Arena. Patrons without shirts, shoes, etc. will not be permitted entrance to the venue.
Drop-off/Pick-up Area for Quicken Loans Arena
The drop-off/pick-up area is located near E. 6th St. on Huron in front of the Arena Arcade entrance (location of Main Box Office and Will Call Window). Due to altered traffic patterns and pedestrian traffic, there may be a delay accessing Huron Rd. following an event. All arena entrances are either street level or accessible by a ramp.

Elevators and Escalators
Quicken Loans Arena is accessible to all levels of the venue via seven passenger elevators and two escalators. A four bank of elevators is located near Section 103 and a three bank of elevators can be found near Section 128. Escalators are located in the Arcade area and near Section 108.
Emergency Phone Calls
The emergency number for Quicken Loans Arena on the night of any event is (216) 420-2471 or (216) 420-2868. The call is taken by the Guest Services Team who will then relay the message to you in your seat. Please be sure to leave your section, row, and seat number with any person(s) who may need to reach you at an event in case of emergency. This is the only way our staff will have to locate you. Guests will be contacted in emergency situations only.

Entrances & Exits
Quicken Loans Arena has three main entry and exit points at street level in the northeast, northwest and south ends of the arena.
Main entrances to the Huntington Bank Club Level are accessed via the covered walkways that connect from the north and the east parking garages to Quicken Loans Arena. Suite, Club seat holders and guests with disabilities can enter here.
Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, Quicken Loans Arena staff will utilize the public address system to inform guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

First Aid
There are two first-aid stations in Quicken Loans Arena staffed with registered nurses. The first-aid stations are located on the Main Concourse near Section 121 and on the Upper Concourse near Section 220. On site for all events is a paramedic unit from the City of Cleveland.
If you are in need of medical attention please notify a Quicken Loans Arena Guest Services Representative. Quicken Loans Arena staff is trained to call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.
Food/Beverages
Guests are not permitted to bring food or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, inside Quicken Loans Arena. Restaurants and concession stands are located throughout the building and offer a variety of food as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Game Dates and Time Changes
Cavaliers game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date change should occur, the Cleveland Cavaliers will notify the Season Ticket Holder of record by mail. All game changes will also appear on the schedule page of cavs.com and will be communicated through the local media. The Cleveland Cavaliers do not issue refunds or exchange tickets due to game date or time changes.
Game Entertainment
From the energetic Cavalier Girls dance team, the Scream Team, Cavs Crew, Drumline, and Moondog, the in-game entertainment team brings high energy interaction off the court into the crowd. To view the game entertainment page click here.
Game Programs
The Cavaliers have two game-night programs available for fans. Copies of Tipoff Tonight are distributed to all fans at each home game. Hoop Magazine is available for purchase during Cavaliers home games at any merchandise stand.
Giveaways

Golf Classic
The 23rd Annual Marymount - Cavaliers Charities Golf Classic will be held at the Westfield Group Country Club on Saturday, July 28, 2008. Proceeds are given to programs that deal with specific health-related diseases such as retinitis pigmentosa, The Marymount • Cavaliers Charities Golf Classic has grown to be one of the most successful charity golf outings in Northeast Ohio.

LED / Light Emitting Diod
The in-arena experience at The Q is enhanced with 1,500-linear feet of LED fascia on the inner bowl of the arena, including four 10’ x 15’ corner LED screens and two 10 ’x 20’ outdoor LED displays. This new software system allows the arena to display real time statistics, advertising messages, animated graphics and other information on all screens independently or in-sync.
Lost and Found
Lost items should be reported to Quicken Loans Arena Guest Services Desks located on the main concourse near Section 100 or on the upper concourse near Section 233. To learn if a lost item has been found call (216) 420-2195 the day after the event.

The three regular-season divisional winners in each conference will earn a playoff berth and one of the conference's top three playoff seeds based on regular-season record. The remaining five playoff berths for each conference will be based on regular-season records with no regard to divisional alignment.
Home-court advantage throughout the NBA playoffs will be based solely on regular season record, not playoff seeding; thus, a divisional winner that has a higher playoff seed than an opponent will not necessarily have home-court advantage in the playoff series.

Now available at The Q, occuping the space that was formerly Gordon's Sports Bar. Guests may not re-enter Quicken Loans Arena unless they have made arrangements with Guest Services prior to leaving. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Quicken Loans Arena Guest Services representatives and/or security personnel.
Read To Achieve
Read to Achieve is a year-round Cavaliers Community Relations campaign designed to help young people develop a life-long love for reading and to encourage adults to read regularly with children. The program reaches thousands of elementary, middle school and high school students in northeast Ohio through Reading Time-Outs, book drives, writing contests and more. The Rebounders, founded in 1983, is the official Booster Club of the Cleveland Cavaliers. RTA Walkway
The RTA Walkway is an enclosed, climate controlled walkway that directly connects Tower City (retail center and rapid station hub) to Quicken Loans Arena. Seating
Quicken Loans Arena has a seating capacity of 20,562. Designed to create an intimate setting, 60 percent of the seats are located in the lower bowl. To view the seating charts at Quicken Loans Arena click here.
Scalpers and Ticket Brokers
The resale of event tickets is not permitted on the property of Quicken Loans Arena. To avoid problems with tickets, they should be purchased only at an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or from the arena box office. Quicken Loans Arena is not responsible for tickets purchased via an outside vendor.
Scoreboard
Q-VISION, Quicken Loans Arena's state-of-the-art scoreboard, is 28-feet high, center-hung, and highlighted by four “virtual scoring matrix” LED screens. The bottom of the structure holds a circular LED “ring” that displays game features and news.
Scream Team
The Scream Team consists of energetic and exciting dancers with the unbelievable ability to wow the fans with high-energy dance moves, tumbling, and break-dance stunts. Led by Coordinator Jami Taylor and Assistant Niecy Crawly, the Scream Team is relentless in their quest to entertain our fans. For more information on the Scream Team click here.

Souvenirs
For fans that want to have a souvenir from their Cavaliers, Lake Erie Monsters or special event experience, several Aramark merchandise locations can be found throughout Quicken Loans Arena. The Cavaliers Team Shop is the official team store of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Lake Erie Monsters and is located at the northeast Arcade Entrance on the main concourse.
Special Announcements
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Lake Erie Monsters can provide in-game announcements displayed on the in-arena boards during the game, free for season ticket holders and for non-season ticket holders for a $25 donation. Strollers
Strollers are allowed into Quicken Loans Arena. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat. Non-folding strollers should be checked at the Guest Services desk on the main concourse in front of section 100.

On any given night Quicken Loans Arena suite holders have the hottest tickets in town, not to mention, the best seats in the house. Water Fountains
Water fountains are located throughout the main concourse and upper concourse across from the restrooms on the exterior walls. On the Huntington Bank Club Level, water fountains are located near the restrooms outside of the suites.
Wedding Proposals
The Cleveland Cavaliers have limited opportunities for in-game wedding proposals. Wedding proposals take place at a timeout based upon the Director of Game Presentation’s discretion. A limited number of wheelchairs are available to escort guests to and from their seats at Quicken Loans Arena. Wheelchair height tables are located in both main food court areas on the east and west side of the arena. For wheelchair assistance contact a Guest Services Representative upon entry at The Q.
