Grizzlies and Caesars Entertainment team up to make an armored truck appear at FedExForum
MEMPHIS, March 28, 2013 — In celebration of Caesars Entertainment’s Harrah’s, Horseshoe, and Tunica Roadhouse casinos in Tunica giving way $1 million a week, the Memphis Grizzlies and Caesars are teaming up to give fans the chance to watch an armored truck appear out of thin air on Friday, March 29 at 6:15 p.m. prior to the Grizzlies matchup with Houston.
With the assistance of Illusionist Rob Lake, Ceasars Entertainment will make an armored truck appear out of this air on the plaza outside of FedExForum. This once-in-a-lifetime event is free to the public.
Fans who want to purchase tickets to Friday’s game can get four tickets, four hot dogs and four Pepsi fountain drinks starting at $56, a savings of over $70 off single game prices. The first 5,000 fans will receive a Grizzlies Player Card Set, the second, in a series of two, presented by Mercury Printing.
Beginning in April, a Total Rewards player at Harrah’s, Horseshoe or Tunica Roadhouse casinos in Tunica will win $1 million every Saturday. Each Saturday beginning April 6, with entries beginning April 1, one name will be drawn from Total Rewards players who qualified during the prior week at one of Caesars Entertainment’s three Tunica resorts.
Fans who want to support the Memphis Grizzlies and purchase tickets to any of the Grizzlies’ remaining contests of the 2012-13 season or 2013-14 Season Tickets can do so by calling (901) 888-HOOP or going online to grizzlies.com.
