For a donation of $50, a birthday, anniversary or welcome message will run on the jumbo video board and smaller matrix boards during half time. A general public address announcement for all of the night's birthdays, anniversaries and welcomes will coincide with the message running, but no individual messages will be read.

We ask that all player, dance team and mascot appearance requests be received in writing using the appropriate request form found on the Hawks.com community page. Please submit requests at least four weeks prior to the scheduled event.

Banners/Signs
Banners and Signs are allowed at Philips Arena; however, they may not obstruct the view of guests, obscure advertising, or impede the operation of the facility. In addition, banners or signs may not be commercial in nature or contain objectionable material.

Cameras
Still cameras are permitted; however, video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited.

Children’s Entry
Children 24 months and older are required to have a ticket in order to gain entry to Philips Arena. Children under 24 months may enter without tickets provided they sit in a guardian's lap and don't require their own seat.

Concessions
Hawk Walk is Philips Arena’s indoor street that connects the venue with MARTA, CNN Center and the Georgia World Congress Center. The street includes a food court that has a diverse selection of food and beverage items including grilled sandwiches, barbecue sandwiches and pizzas.

Containers
We ask that all guests remember that no outside food or beverages, coolers, bottles, cans or thermoses be brought into the Philips Arena.

Disabled Guests Services
For guests with special needs, Philips Arena provides a Guests Service Representative at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats, get refreshments and assist them with whatever else they may require.

Assisted Listening Devices are provided free of charge. A driver's license or credit card will be held as a security deposit. Interested parties should see a Guest Services Representative at their nearest Guest Services/Concierge desk for details. Philips Arena will make every effort to provide sign interpreters to guests with hearing disabilities upon request. We ask 30 days notice for such services.

Seating for the visually/hearing impaired is available on the lower level. Wheelchair/physically challenged seating is available throughout the arena in various price categories. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster or at the arena box office, by specifically requesting disabled seating.

There are accessible parking spaces on-site.

Philips Arena is committed to exceeding the expectations of every guest by delivering the best sports and entertainment experience with quality guest service and exceptional value at a world-class venue.

With your assistance and compliance (and as a means of creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests), Philips Arena is committed to providing an environment free from the following:

Abusive or foul language and obscene gestures directed toward other guests, arena employees, players, coaches and officials.

Clothing containing offensive language or indecent graphics.

Intoxicated or drug impaired guests.

Banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, obscure advertising or impede the operation of Philips Arena, contain objectionable subject matter or are commercial in nature. Philips Arena reserves the right to remove any banner at any time.

Smoking, except in designated areas (located on the outside of the arena).

Thrown objects, either within the seating section or onto the basketball court, ice or event performance area.

Prohibited entry items such as containers, food & beverage, airhorns, weapons and laser pointers. Cameras, video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited when posted for certain events.

Guests entering or attempting to enter restricted areas without proper authorization or credentials.

Guests who are disruptive to the event presentation, performance or game.

Guests encountering difficulties and concerns are urged to contact the Philips Arena Guest Service Staff immediately.

Guests not abiding by this Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection from Philips Arena and, in some cases, subject to criminal prosecution. A copy of this Guest Code of Conduct may be obtained from the Guest Service Center or by calling 404-878-3131.

Food/Beverages
Food or beverages may not be brought into Philips Arena. Concession stands located throughout the arena have a diverse selection of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Georgia state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age 21.

Fundraising Opportunities
The Atlanta Hawks offer a great way for your organization to raise money by selling Hawks game tickets. You can receive tickets in a variety price levels and make between $5 - $10 per ticket sold. Call (866) 715-1500 for more information.

Gates Open (Doors Open)
Gates will open one hour prior to game time for Atlanta Hawks home games. Gate opening times may vary if a game is rescheduled.

Giveaways
Gain maximum game night exposure by providing giveaway items containing your corporate logo to fans attending a Hawks game. Hospitality options including tickets or suite entertainment are included. Want to know where Harry the Hawk and SkyHawk will be appearing next? Take a look at their upcoming schedules on the hawks.com Mascots page. To book Harry the Hawk or SkyHawk at your next event, call (404) 878-3973 or complete the Hawks Mascots Appearance request form. All appearance requests must be submitted at least two and a half weeks prior to event.

Hawks Dance Team
The Atlanta Hawks Dance Team is a group of energetic, personable and talented dancers who perform at all Atlanta Hawks' home games and at over 250 community appearances each year. In the past, the team has fulfilled requests for many organizations in a variety of ways including: performing, acting as hosts/hostesses, helping with auctions, holding autograph and photograph sessions, interacting with children, touring hospitals and more. If you are interested in booking the Dance Team for an event, please submit a written request at least one month prior to the scheduled appearance date. Request forms can be found on the Dance Team page of hawks.com.

A-Town Dancer Tryouts
Every summer the Atlanta Hawks hold an audition to find the most talented and enthusiastic dancers to become part of their team. Dance Team members must be at least 19 years old and have at least part-time employment or be a full-time student. Dance ability is essential and high school or college dance/cheerleading is helpful. Selections are based on dance ability, appearance and personality. History

Hours
The doors to Philips Arena will open one hour before tip-off during the 2007-08 season.

Junior Dance Team
The Hawks Junior Dance Team is specifically designed to promote self-esteem, pride, commitment and discipline among young dancers. This program offers a rare and truly special opportunity for young dancers to perform during Hawks’ home games in Philips Arena. Junior dancers will participate in monthly dance lessons taught by members of the Atlanta Hawks Dance Team. Parking
Parking is available in various lots around the arena including the CNN Decks and Centennial Garage located on Centennial Olympic Park Drive across from the arena. CNN Decks and Centennial Garage may also be entered from Spring Street. Additional parking is available in the Philips Arena lot on Park Avenue West (formerly Foundry Street). To access this lot, take Marietta Street southbound. Make a left turn left onto Park Avenue West. At the fork, bear to the right and proceed ahead. The Philips Arena / Alright Lot is located on the left. This lot will accommodate buses and large vans.

Hawk Walk Concessions

Courtside Grill serving hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, soft pretzels, french fries, soft drinks and cold beer is located across from Portal 9.

Fry Baby serving french fries, nachos, buffalo wings, chicken tenders, hot dogs, soft drinks and cold beer is located across from Portal 9.

Dog House serving jumbo hot dogs, Italian sausage, Cajun sausage, bratwurst, soft pretzels, french fries, soft drinks and cold beer is located across from Portal 8.

Back Court Barbeque serving barbeque pork, barbeque chicken, hot dogs, corn dogs, chips, popcorn, soft drinks, coffee and cold beer is located outside Portal 8.

Scoop Dreams serving Freshens frozen treats, Micro Blasts, ice cream, frozen lemonade, and soft drinks is located outside Portal 8.

Penalty Box Pizza serving specialty pizzas, pizza slices, meatball submarine sandwiches, soft pretzels, hot dogs, soft drinks and cold beer is located across from Portal 7.

Wrappin' & Slashin' serving sandwich wraps, burritos, salads, fresh fruit, chips, cookies, soft drinks, hot chocolate and cappuccino is located outside Portal 7.

The Tiki Hut Bar serving alcohol frozen drinks, bar libations, fruit smoothies and soft drinks is located outside Portal 7.

Pick N Roll Pretzels serving gourmet Wetzel's soft pretzels, Wetzel dogs, chips, peanuts, soft drinks and cold beer is located outside Portal 6.

Fast Break serving hot dogs, smoked sausage, corn dogs, nachos, soft pretzels, chips, Cracker Jacks, soft drinks, coffee and cold beer is located outside Portal 6.

Hawk Wok serving a variety of Oriental favorites is located outside Portal 5.

Jack Daniels Bar serving cocktails, select imported bottled beers, draft beer and frozen drinks is located across from Portal 6.

Budweiser Annex serving large Bud Light, Budweiser, Michelob light, and Michelob Amber Bock is located outside Portals 3 and 5.

Delaney's Irish Pub serving a wide array of import draught beers is located across from Portal 5.

Give N Go serving hot dogs, smoked sausage, nachos, soft pretzels, popcorn, Cracker Jacks, chips, candy, peanuts, soft drinks and cold beer is located outside Portals 3, 12 and 16.

Power Play Pizza serving pizza, hot dogs, Cracker Jacks, jumbo soft pretzels, chips, popcorn, soft drinks and cold beer is located outside Portals 3, 11, 15 and 26.

Goal Tenders serving cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, french fries, Cracker Jacks, popcorn, chips, pretzels, soft drinks and cold beer is located outside Portals 2, 21 and 27.

Fancy Franks serving gourmet hot dogs any way you want them, french fries, soft pretzels, soft drinks and cold beer is located outside Portal 20. Beers Around the World serving assorted wines, cocktails and select import and domestic beers is located outside Portal 27.

Absolut Bar serving mixed drinks, signature martinis, assorted wines and select import and domestic beers is located outside Portal 13. 1896 Brew Pub serving mixed drinks, assorted wines and select AB domestic beers is located outside Portal 3.

Headlines Grill/Deli featuring sit down dining and serving hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, carved sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, chicken salad, specialty pizzas, Cajun sausage, hot dogs, chicken tenders, ribs, salmon, shrimp skewers, wings, french fries, onion rings and daily specials is located above section 204 between Portals 3 and 4.

Physically Challenged Guest Services

For guests with special needs, Philips Arena provides Guest Service Representatives at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats and provide whatever additional assistance they may require. Please contact one of these team members at the Guest Sales and Service Center located across from Portal 9 should your require assistance.

Prohibited Items
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the following items are not permitted to enter into the arena:

Air horns.

Alcoholic beverages.

Backpacks/large bags/purses overthe size of 12" X 12".

Banners or signs that obstruct theview of guests, obscure advertising or impede the operation of Philips Arena, contain objectionable subject matter or are commercial in nature.

Cans, bottles or other beverage containers.

Chains/spiked wrist or neck bands / spiked belts.

Confetti.

Coolers.

Fireworks.

Flag poles.

Hockey sticks.

Ice chests.

Illegal drugs or paraphernalia.

Laser pens and pointers.

Outside food or drink.

Pepper spray and mace.

Projectiles.

Silly string.

Video cameras or recording devices.

Weapons (guns, knives, weapon parts, etc.).

Wrapped gifts.

Any other items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate. Electric noise-making devices.

While baby strollers are prohibited in the general seating area, if you enter the arena with a stroller, you may store it inside the Philips Arena Guest Sales and Service Center located across from Portal 9. Baby diaper bags containing diapers may also enter the arena when accompanied by a baby.

Prize Wheel
The Hawks will host a prize wheel station in the Club & Philips Experience during every Saturday night Hawks game. The first Prize Wheel for the Hawks will be on Opening night, November 1st.

Time of operation: The prize wheel will start when doors open and will go through half time.

Security/Crowd Management
The Philips Arena security staff provides maximum protection for the facility, guests, and performers. Twenty-four hour coverage is provided through indoor/outdoor cameras/monitors, electric entrance/exit sensors and outdoor lighting.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside Philips Arena. However, there are designated smoking areas located outside the arena.
