Meet Kyle Speller
A man passionate about his family, his craft, and his faith, Kyle Speller is originally from Brooklyn, NY. Having spent most of his youth in Denver, he considers Colorado home, where he resides in the Greater Metro Denver Area with his Wife of 18 years and 3 children.
His interest in voice artistry was enhanced during his college years when he worked as a DJ on the Adams State University campus. Enthusiastically embracing the world of voice artistry at a young age, he took every opportunity to perfect his craft. His commitment was rewarded as he is now in his 12th season as the Public Address Announcer (Not only the first African American Public Address Announcer in the Nuggets' franchise history, but in the State of Colorado for any of the major professional sports teams) and 11th season as Team Chaplain for the Denver Nuggets.
Outside of the Nuggets he wears a number of hats including: a voice-over artist whose voice can be heard on television and radio - locally and nationally, a Master of Ceremonies (Emcee) of special events, public inspirational speaking and more, which has given him the privilege to serve a variety of reputable organizations, communities, private functions and other opportunities throughout the nation.
Kyle also serves as an Associate Pastor of Emmanuel Christian Center in Denver, and during the offseason he administers a summer basketball league called the Koinonia Basketball League (KBL) in Denver. The KBL was created to encourage men to become better fathers and husbands, to be the spiritual heads of their households, and to carry themselves with respect and dignity.
