Background

2012-13 (Phoenix):

• In his sixth NBA season averaged 10.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, a career-high 2.6 assists and 27.5 minutes in 79 games (50 starts). • Led the Suns in three-pointers made (106) and three-point field goal percentage (39.1), and ranked 36th in the league in three-point accuracy. • Averaged double-digit scoring for a third-straight season. • As a starter (50 appearances), averaged 11.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists; as a reserve (29 appearances), averaged 10.2 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists. • Had the best month of his career in December, averaging a career-best 15.5 points in the month (prev. 14.9, April 2011) while shooting the third-best percentage of any NBA guard in the month (Tony Parker, Dwayne Wade), and the best two-point percentage of any NBA guard. • On 12/26/12 scored a career-high and Suns season-high 36 points, second career 30-point effort, and the most points by a Sun starting at small forward since 2/22/06 (44, Shawn Marion vs. Boston). • On 12/22/12 recorded a career-high 10 assists, his first career double-digit assist effort. • 42 double-digit scoring games. • Six 20-point efforts (4-2 record), including one 30-point game. • Registered one double-double on the season. • Missed three games (1 right wrist strain and 2-stomach virus).

• Averaged 12.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 31.1 minutes per game in 65 games (60 starts) • Shot a career-high 48.5% from the field overall, third-best in the NBA among shooting guards (Wade, Harden). • Suns second-leading scorer (Marcin Gortat). • Led team in scoring 14 times overall (9- 5). • Registered a career-high 11 consecutive double-digit scoring efforts (2/22/12- 3/16/12). • Missed one game due to a thigh bruise (2/14/12 vs. Charlotte) which broke his career-long streak of consecutive games played at 206, which was the league’s fourth-longest active streak at the time (2/4/12 was first missed game since 3/6/09).

2010-11 (Phoenix):

• Averaged 10.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.3assists, 26.1 minutes, 1.1 steals and 42.3 percent shooting from the field in 82 games for the Suns. • As a Suns starter (15 starts), he had three double-doubles, 12 double-digit scoring efforts, four 20-point games and one 30-point game. • Led Phoenix in steals a team-high 31 times. • Collected a career-high 41 double-digit scoring efforts.

2009-10 (Phoenix):

• Averaged 8.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 24.3 minutes in 82 games. • Shot a team-leading 45.9% from three-point range, fourth-best in the NBA. • Made a career-high 120 three pointers, 116 of those as a reserve, third-most off the bench in the NBA behind only Jamal Crawford and J.R. Smith. • Made at least one three-pointer in a career-high 17-straight games ending 12/23/09 vs. Oklahoma City, then followed that up with a 14-game streak ending 4/9/10 at Oklahoma City. • Scored in double-figures 30 times. • Had two double-doubles. • Led the Suns with 81 steals and led or shared the Phoenix lead in steals on 28 occasions.

PLAYOFFS:

Averaged 7.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.1 steals and 23.6 minutes per game in 16 games.

2008-09 (Charlotte - Phoenix): • Acquired with Jason Richardson from Charlotte on 12/8/08. • Appeared in 48 games with Phoenix averaging 5.5 points, 3.0 rebounds in 15.2 minutes per game.

2007-08 (Charlotte): • Averaged 5.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 19.0 minutes in 73 games (14 starts). • Appeared in 73 games in his rookie season, after being selected with the 22nd overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft by the Bobcats.

COLLEGE (Boston College – 2003-2007):

• Named 2006-07 Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Player of the Year after averaging a collegiate career-best 19.0 points and 8.3 rebounds for Boston College. • Finished his career ranked fifth on BC’s career scoring list with 2,071 points. • Ranks among BC’s career leaders in field goals made, free throws made, rebounds and steals. • Started every game he played at BC (130). • A unanimous All-ACC First Team selection and a John Wooden Award finalist in 2007. • One of two BC players all-time to make four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances (Sean Marshall). • As a junior, started all 36 games, averaging 16.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.1 steals. • Earned Second Team All-ACC honors. • Scored in double-figures 33 times, including 12 games with 20-plus points. • During his sophomore season, averaged 16.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.6 steals. • Earned Big East All-Conference honors and shared the league’s Most Improved Player Award with University of Connecticut guard Marcus Williams. • As a freshman, averaged 11.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals. • Was a unanimous selection to the Big East All-Rookie Team, twice earning Big East Rookie of the Week honors.
