Became just the third rookie dating back to 1950-51 to lead all rookies in scoring, rebounding and assists… also became third rookie to average at least 16.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists… ranked sixth in the NBA in steals (1.86 spg)… 8.1 rpg over final 24 GP ... Missed a total of 12 games (Sixers 1-11 mark)… missed four games (11/13-11/18) with a left foot arch bruise, seven games (12/6-12/16) with right knee soreness/skin infection and one game (2/1) with right shoulder soreness ... Was an early entry candidate for the 2013 NBA Draft following his sophomore season at Syracuse… Averaged 11.4 points, 7.3 assists (tied for third in nation), 4.9 rebounds and 2.78 steals (fourth in nation) as a sophomore after averaging 2.7 ppg, 2.1 apg, 1.5 rpg and 0.77 spg as a freshman… Scored in double-figures in 30 of his 40 games played as a sophomore after doing so just once his freshman season… Had a career-high 24 points against No. 1 seeded Indiana in the Sweet 16… Tallied 10 double-doubles, including 15 points and a career-high 16 assists vs. Monmouth… Recorded at least one steal in all but two games as a sophomore, including 4+ steals 11 times… His 111 steals in 2012-13 set a school record for a single season… Earned All-Big East Second Team honors as a sophomore.
