Iowa Energy To Host Open Tryouts In Minneapolis On Oct. 20

The NBA D-League Iowa Energy are hosting a local basketball player tryout in Minneapolis on Sunday, Oct. 20. The tryout will take place at the Target Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration is $150 if submitted by Oct. 10 or $200 Oct. 11 and beyond or at the door.

These tryouts offer players an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of Energy management and coaching staff while they compete to earn an invite to the team’s training camp in November. Multiple players from last year’s tryouts signed NBA D-League contracts based on their performances at Energy tryouts.

Interested candidates are encouraged to pre-register as space is limited.
